We're all on a journey...
Here's a little about mine.
If you are here, your probably already know that I’m a transpersonal psychologist and that I coach people navigating change, loss, awakening, or deep soul fatigue. I help clients move from emotional confusion and self-doubt into clarity, purpose, and peace. I use psychology, dreamwork, and spiritual tools I’ve tested in my own life along my healing journey.
I learned these tools to inform my own life and now I can pay it forward. This isn’t just a career for me. It’s the work I came here to do.

I walk the path of the wounded healer, shaped by challenge but not defined by it. Life presented me with early initiations that forced me to question societal norms and appearances, seek deeper truths, and grow resilience from the inside out. Instead of shrinking from pain, I learned to surrender to its bittersweetness and meet it with curiosity. The very experiences that once felt like obstacles became doorways to self-awareness, compassion, and a calling to serve.
Like many who carry this archetype, I didn’t choose this work. It chose me, slowly and insistently, as I learned to transform grief, betrayal, and pain into wisdom and peace. Today, I don’t offer answers from a pedestal. I offer presence, insight, and tools I’ve tested in fire so that my clients can unearth their own solutions that resonate with their unique experiences. My own healing journey is what allows me to walk beside others in theirs.

I’m a lifelong learner, and teaching has always been a natural extension of that passion. I spent over a decade formally teaching young children in the public school system, and later served as a district trainer designing and delivering professional development to educators with varying levels of experience. Beyond the classroom, life itself has been a profound teacher. My experiences have expanded my perspective and taught me to hold my stories and identities loosely, but with reverence. My path weaves together deep study, rigorous training, and lived experience, bridging academic frameworks, spiritual insight, and embodied healing. What follows is a glimpse into the work that shapes my approach.

The First Awakening
As a child, I learned early how to scan for danger, to read between the lines, to shrink in the face of disconnection. These early experiences, though painful, planted the seeds of my fascination with human behavior, authenticity, and consciousness.
I became a quiet observer of people, watching not just what they said and did, but who they seemed to be behind their masks. I questioned everything: Why do people hurt the ones they love? What happened in their past that shaped who they are now? Why do we hide parts of ourselves just to belong?
These questions became the roots of my work today.
Classroom Consciousness
Before I became a psychologist and a life coach, I was a PreK and Elementary school teacher and then a literacy coach and district trainer over the span of 10 years. I loved my time in classrooms with my students, helping children learn and navigate the structures our culture creates around education and socializing. I became a literacy coach, back when "coaching" was a new construct, because I wanted to have a wider scope of influence. I thought if I could influence other teachers to approach teaching with an integration of more than curriculum in mind, I could help even more kids live their authentic selves.
Somewhere along the way, I realized I a strength and depth in this underlying mission of authenticity.
When I left teaching to raise my son, I found myself immersed in a whole different kind of learning and experiencing life. Children have a special way of mirroring who we are in the world for us to grow. My spiritual practice deepened and I went into several years of intense independent studies.
A Life Rewritten
My journey again completely changed when my spouse left suddenly after 10 years of marriage and my fairytale life came crashing down - hard. I really struggled to accept and rebuild because I had no model or map for life as a single parent, no plan, and no way to earn money any more since I was a stay-at-home parent for a decade.
In the midst of this, I was reading every self-help book I could get my hands on. My spiritual practice became as inconsistent as most of my life had, dictated by the whims of impulses and trauma triggers. But then I discovered the field of transpersonal psychology. It was about much of what I was already interested in and had independently studied over my lifetime.
I chose to get my Master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology, with concentrations in coaching and in creativity & innovation, and a certificate in dream studies.
I wanted to understand not just how people cope, but how they transform. And the truth is, I did it for me. I did it so I could heal and transform myself, find joy again, and unapologetically live my life with authenticity.
It wasn't until I finally surrendered that I found peace.
I thought who I am today was shaped by my deep personal challenges: childhood adversity, navigating step-parenting, divorce, and parenting an adopted child with trauma-related struggles, all while rebuilding my social identity from the ground up. But my life was also shaped by so many gifts and joys! Don't forget the good stuff!
What I discovered is this: the moments that feel like breakdowns are often invitations to something more sacred, something more whole.
What I Believe
I believe we’re here to evolve beyond the limitations of our conditioning, beyond trauma, outdated patterns, and the inherited stories that once defined us.
Transformation begins when we remember who we truly are. We are not just our human identities, our roles, or our wounds. There is a part of us that is bigger than the personality. We are part of a greater whole and therefore interconnected by something vast and sacred common within our cores.
We are not separate. Just as a tree is part of an intricate ecosystem nourished by the sun, rain, soil, wind, and the life around it, we also belong to a larger whole. We are threads in the fabric of the earth and cosmos, in continuous relationship with the seen and unseen worlds.
I believe that when we reclaim this sense of connection to ourselves, to each other, to nature, and to the mystery, healing becomes possible. And from healing, true transformation arises.
That’s why I founded Transpersonal Living: a space where deep inner work meets practical soul support.
How I Work
I combine transpersonal psychology, transformational coaching, and dream studies to help clients move beyond stuckness and into their most empowered, authentic selves. My work is rooted in compassion, clarity, and the quiet knowing that your inner life holds more wisdom than you’ve been taught to trust. This work isn’t just professional for me. It’s personal.
I don’t teach what I haven’t lived.
I offer:
🌿 One-on-one coaching
🌿 Group courses
🌿 Dream Circles
🌿 Guided practices for rewriting soul contracts and releasing old emotional residue
Let’s Begin
Much love,
Tracey

3 ways I can help you understand your deepest Self...
These tailored and focused sessions make you the center of attention. I am a certified Transformational Life Coach. I can help you broaden your perspective when you're feeling stuck, engage your deepest self to problem-solve, and find creative solutions or answers to life's conflicts and questions.
I use countless transpersonal methods such as archetypal patterns and symbols, dream topics and patterns, intuition and synchronicities, blended with International Coaching Federation standards and ethics.
It's all about you and I'm here to meet your needs.
Gain skills and knowledge about all things transpersonal: how we are all connected, the subconscious mind, how your dreams communicate with you, ancient wisdom traditions, and more.
We are starting off this summer with a focus on Dreams and Dreaming with a foundational workshop and 2 longer experiential series. Learn techniques to tease out the multilayers of your dreams, what they are telling you, and how they support your best life. Later, we will extend the topics into other areas of Transpersonal Psychology and learn how to integrate these ideas in to daily life.
Dreaming is the most ancient way of soul communication and connection that I can think of. Indigenous tribes would gather upon awakening to discuss their night soul adventures and decide how that could affect waking reality. Times have changed in the modern world, but we can still utilize our dreams to inform our lives.
Join like-minded dreamers like you to engage in collaborative structured discussions about your dreams. Don't underestimate this powerful process! I believe in it so much that it is FREE!
We meet on the first Sunday of each month @ 11AM (eastern).

Welcome to Transpersonal Living! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. This space is dedicated to exploring life through a transpersonal lens—one that goes beyond the ego, embracing deeper meaning and the interconnectedness of all things.
What is “Transpersonal” Anyway? You might be wondering, ...
In ancient times, dreams were revered as sacred messages. Throughout history, cultures worldwide have honored dreams as a source of guidance and storytelling....
A dream circle is a space to reclaim this ancient practice. It is a sacred gathering where dreams are shared, reflected upon, and honored. You don’t have to share a dream to receive its wisdom—sometimes, another’s dream unlocks something hidden within you....
Keep a Dream Journal
Don’t Discard Dream Fragments
Look for Patterns and Symbols
Ask Questions (Dream Incubation)
Honor Your Dreams with Action
Practice Lucid Dreaming
...And more.
